Small Win

Another small win today as I showed an improvement on the watt bike in training.  Once I get weekly injections I should have a lot more energy which will allow me to exercise properly again.

I also purchased panto tickets today, which makes me happy.

Had to take the car into the garage due to one of those pesky warning lights come on.  They’re opposite 3M, who have this tower which looks like a Tripod from the BBC science fiction series in the 80s.
