Sitting down

Another WAY (widowed & young) coffee morning. We were 12 today with 3 new members. It is always hard to meet the newbies and hear their sad stories. There were tears today too. As one of my WAY friends said, you feel so sorry for them - what an awful thing that has happened to them...until you remember that this happened to you too! I didn't know (I know now) that you can feel the pain, distress and sadness of other widowed people physically in your body. But meeting up and talking about it is good and a life saver.
