Weird Fungus Found!

Look at this Fungus on some wood found in the Garden.
I am trying my best to try & clear the Gardens of Weeds, Ivy & Bind Weed.
I guess no one else will help, so I must try harder to clear it all.
Honeybee helps sometimes, but she's a bit like me, she likes to grow seed's, plant Flowers, Tree's Shrubs etc, but not so keen on weeding & the Heavy work of Digging.
I wish my Dad were still around & fit enough to help, he loved his Gardening.
My Sister is the same, but she's older than me & cannot do the heavier side of Gardening anymore either.
Do you know what this Fungus is? It's Weird, that's all I know.
