11th hour / 11th day / 11th month

The guns fell silent 11 November 1918 but soldiers were falling within the hour before the ceasefire, and I believe some afterwards where the order to cease firing was delayed.
At the going down of the Sun, and in the morning, We Will Remember Them.

This was TESCO, Quedgeley, Gloucester, where I go each year for the 11 November silence. A number of Riders were there this year which was great.
Bill and Carol Bratty organise it along with others at the Hardwicke branch of the Royal British Legion.
