Super Sky

Went to watch the girls in another cross country event this morning.
As there was an hour between their races we went for a quick walk.
Remembered l had seen some poppies growing in the church allotment but the recent frosts in the past week must have killed them off.
Nevertheless l thought this sky was worth a blip.
Elaine coming for some soup: leek and potato is bubbling away as l write.
Then we are having a walk into Otley, only three miles but it’s a lovely sunny afternoon and no doubt we will be having a coffee there.
Will get the bus home and then it’s pizza , Strictly and a bottle of red as Elaine is staying over.
