Cosy for the winter

I was convinced that my plant which is very tall now....taller than me..would break as we carried it from the garden to its winter home. But it showed no signs of a struggle and has settled down happily. The purple/black rosettes are turning green as the days get shorter.

Jack is up in London happily reviewing his favourite music. Today is the first of 4 visits to the London Jazz Festival in the coming week. And I get to watch Strictly uninterrupted!
