Remembrance Day

Got up late, observed the silence because the radio prompted me during my breakfast. 

I decided to go for a wander up town, the tourists seem to have gone home. At the foot of the High Street I took a side step into Campbell's Court. The front facade of the building does its best to fit in with the Medieval town around it, but the stair case at the back is pure 60's. 

When I got home I relented and put the heating on before having a snooze on the couch. I woke up to hear my neighbour telling his girlfriend to get out (again), they seem to have this argument on a fairly regular basis. I have no doubt that both she and her small yappy dog will be back next week as usual. 

*sigh*.
