Will you step into my parlour

This is a fly desperately trying to look like a wasp, and a spider trying desperately to look like anything but a spider.

I spent some time with our junior group, the Belair Bush Buddies, in the park this morning.  The task was to sit and stare at some flowers for 10 minutes and record all the pollinators that visited during that time.

It was really interesting, and the kids seemed to really take it on board.
