Father Christmas comes to town

An untypical winter Saturday. No rugby refereeing or advising. Achilles slowly improving so it won’t be long before I can run around again but there was no advising to be done either.

So I spent what remained of the afternoon when we got back from town writing a letter to the Parish Council on behalf of the Allotment Association Committee expressing our anger at the way the Council has behaved and conducted itself over the fires.

The morning was however, as it usually is on Saturdays albeit a little more leisurely than usual with no rugby to go to. Coffee, mooch around the shops and, as you do, meet Father Christmas on his way to his grotto in The Mall.
