Glorious mud

Our little walking group went on a delightful walk from near Wootton Wawen via coffee in Henley-in-Arden to the Fleur de Lys pub at Lowsonford for lunch then back along the Stratford On Avon Canal to the cars. It was extremely muddy in places and LooseCanon slipped and trashed his camera lens, and possibly his camera although we think the camera itself is recoverable.
My extra shows one of the bridges over the canal showing the slot through which the horses’ tow ropes could pass in the old days of horse drawn narrow boats.
