A Taste of Georgia

I've spent most of today  at a singing workshop. Malkhaz Erkvanidze (in the photo) is  well-known in his native Georgia and we were fortunate enough to have him visit Moniaive .

I'd tell you more about him but for some reason the internet is pretty bad tonight. It's taken me ages to upload a very short video of him to YouTube, which you can watch HERE.

Anyway, it was a wonderful experience but singing in Georgian and in a very different musical way to what we are used to has made my brain work very hard....
