happy birthday mum

Mum would have turned 65 today. Eve decided earlier in the week that she wanted to make a birthday cake, we did it and the children were delighted that we indulged their fancy and added a candle. The picture was taken during a walk to her tree with Julian (stepfather), Antony and Andrew (my brother). The children steadfastly refused to pose, declaring that this was a “men pic”.

Happy birthday to my Mum, hope they celebrate well on the other side.... but will her birthday there be the day she went to glory? A question posed by the ever quizzical Evie B.
