Vision of the future

These stickers* have being turning up around Picardy Place recently in response to an amazing new initiative by the council in conjunction with developers to revolutionise the area to make it a wonderful place for everyone no matter how they travel. Pedestrians, cyclists, public transportists and motorists. This visionary scheme will consist of a huge three lane gyratory.

Yes, a giant three lane gyratory. This is, we are told, a "compromise". For whom exactly? Oh, and there is to be no consultation. Like it or lump it. For some reason this has caused anger.
