Low Tide Rocks

Our Wednesday kayak group paddled over to Church Bay from Cass Bay today, against a brisk nor'easter. Because the tide was so low we went via the rocks in the middle of the harbour, where the tall beacon is.

Coming back the wind was so strong I think I'll call it stiff, instead of brisk! I hadn't paddled for nearly 3 months, so it was a very good workout.

If you can see the odd marks on the image it's because there were lots of water spots on the lens, and I've had a dickens of a job cleaning it up! This is the best of a very bad bunch. LOL.
