Remnants

Despite yesterday's dash of colour, the Summer flowers are mostly long gone, leaving their just skeletons to remember them by.  New life awaits come Spring.

A very quiet day after another tricky night.  A few phone calls, made up a few photo-cards, plenty of sofa time with Jamie.  More of the same to come.  Children are only children once, best to embrace it.  In putting them first we enhance their lives and ours too.
