Onward and upward!

J's birthday day out today. We went to the RSPB reserve at Loch Leven and had a nice long walk.
I spent time watching a heron through binoculars . Amazing bird and always a surprise how still and skilled they are at fishing.
We had a nice meal out in the evening.
Time seems hard to grasp these days.
