2 training sessions in 1 day

I woke early again this morning, so I had a training session with each of the boys between 6 and 7.

A chiropractor appointment before work and then a busy day in the office.

I had booked 2 hours in the training hall from 4 to 6 pm. I got there a bit late, but we still had enough time for good training. Hero worked on new moves, Gollum worked on small bits of his routine and Biscuit and I helped each other choreograph a bit more of his new routine. 

We arrived home at 6.30 pm. I was starving - the boys were very full from all the training treats they've eaten.
