Viburnum Davidii

I am a little 5 A different day, a different viburnum. The flowers are not quite as delightful as yesterday's but if left to develop into berries the steel grey colour is quite something.

This particular shrub was reduced to a pile of sticks (renovated is the technical term) by me about 18 months ago and is now looking fit and healthy and a far better size.

This evening was the night shelter AGM and the deputy Lord Lieutenant was in attendance to present the organisation with the Queen's award for Voluntary Organisations which is a huge honour and well deserved recognition for all the amazing volunteers who give time to help less fortunate people.

Afterwards RF and I had a lovely meal in a local restaurant, thank you.

I've just re visited this post and have no idea what the first line was supposed to say, it has been predictively texted into gobble-de-gook!!
