Big Ben covered

Had a meeting at the Institution of Civil Engineers this morning. The view across Parliament Square is very different at the moment.

After Westminster, I headed to the CIPR in Russell Square, then zig-zagged back for a meeting near Hyde Park Corner, then back to the City for an evening meeting of the London Constructing Excellence Club near Cannon Street
