I had the privilege of attending the first test performance by the Fugaces company - they were behind this event - in the streets of Montfort l'Amaury.

Five comedians, five routes, five stories finally merging into one. Of course a spectator can only follow one of the routes - the paths of the comedians cross, and you get glimpses of the other stories during these moments. A slice in the life of a startup entrepreneur (this is the person we followed), her surgeon husband (pictured here), a pollster (the questions in the poll are hilarious, or more to the point, the possible answers are), a musician/sound engineer and a lady trying to organise a block party, where the show ends.

The writing is really good, there are timing glitches to mend but it is already superb work. They have time still to fine tune it, the performance is only due in the spring... of 2019!! Jean-Pierre, Anne and I (and another dozen people) served as observators, time keepers, note takers. A great afternoon spent in an environment I love: the performing arts.
