Budding Oak

I realised today that it has been a week since I last picked up a camera!  I can't say I was feeling very enthused today either, but looking outside I noticed an oak seedling positively glowing in the miserable weather.  Since it was growing far too near the house to leave, I had no worries about cutting it down and bringing it into to warm kitchen to have a play.
