Solace Day 3.

We saw Kingfishers today but I didn't get any decent shots.  My first blipable shot of a Kestral was the highlight of the day (for me at least).  This female was less worried about human presence than any I have tried to photograph before.

 Katkatkat got shots of the Kingfisher and I very nearly used a shot of her helming the boat as I was amused by the way "The Mate" and her looked as if they had a uniform.  Black woolie hat, sunglasses (there was a lot of reflection of the water) and black jackets.

The scenery continued to be absolutely beautiful in its autumn colours.  We had hoped to get TV reception for the F1 but it was on so late we settled for hearing it on the radio.
