Pier Heads

A beautiful start to the day this morning ... Cold, but beautiful.

I was heading in one direction to capture the sunrise, then at the last moment, I changed my mind ... I was quite glad about my plan change, as I would not have captured this image of the sun shimmering in the sea around the lighthouse and pier heads of St. Peter Port, Guernsey ... :o)

I often wonder, however, what shots I actually miss by making such snap alterations to my plans ... :o)
