Winter Extravaganza

Perth goes all out on the middle Saturday in November filling the streets with entertainment for all ages stages in various parts of the town filled with acts of varying ages - once famous and hoping to be famous. Today Aleesha Dixon was performing and switching on the lights. Mud were there and East 17. Boyslife, a mix of members from Boyzone and Westlife. We had the animals, camels in the parade later, reindeer and santa.

There was also a Chocolate and Gin festival in different huts down the High Street. Later a big fireworks display on the banks of the River Tay. Personally I think it's a great idea. The City is bursting with families enjoying the fun.

And bonus the weather was cold but sunny- perfect!
