Jungelina

We have two plants in our room, real plants and not plastic or paper.  The contract of the school with the plant company expired and wasn't renewed, so all the plants we had were taken away, and we weren't all too happy about that so we decided to buy our own.  Everyone pitched in.  We've even given them names.  This is Jungelina, the other is Morgan Treeman.  I'll shoot him another time when the weather is as dreary as today's.

Actually, it wasn't all that bad, the downpour could have been heavier, but grey isn't exactly motivating when one is at work, or at any other time, anyway.  So yes, went to work, worked a bit, missed a meeting that wasn't all that worth attending, as it turned out, drove back home.

Right after dinner, with a head feeling like a bowling ball, retired to our bed ... but, oh dear, with a book -- Elif Shafak's  'The Architect's Apprentice'.  No regrets.  The bowling ball shrank to a tennis ball, then to a pingpong ball, so I must have been super relaxed.
