Run

There is something about getting out for a run on a Sunday morning. The streets are quiet, barely any traffic about just the odd dog walker and occasional runner. Today the sky was very blue, not a cloud in sight but the air was biting cold.

I was very pleased with this run as I seriously didn't think I'd manage more than 3 miles.
