Layered up

We ate out at the Cock last night. Then watched the last part of the first series of Line of Duty. It's taken a while because we only watch it with M.
He was up early this morning for a ride. Later, he had to put the same damp gear on to ride to the station. Nice.
I took myself off for a cross country 10k which was going slowly so, to compensate, I made it a longer run - 8.3 miles - can't be far off the furthest I've run...
