A day out.

Today Mr Tbay and I had an away day. We needed to pick up Mrs Tbay Jnrs engagement ring from a jewellers in Barnstaple after repairs had been done to it and we needed to call into Porlock to pick up our half yearly coffee supply from Miles . So as a result of the ‘had to do jobs’ we thought we might as well have lunch in Exford on the way which was very yummy. We stopped at the White Horse Inn for a pint and pie and then headed for Porlock. We stopped in a lay-by overlooking Porlock Bay and the Bristol Channel and as always the view did not disappoint. And the bonus was a few Exmoor ponies too!

We were home by 6:00 and as always greeted by the enthusiasm only Jack Russell dogs can provide!
