Sunny Morning

The top of the golden elm looked pretty in the early sunlight. The Western Ranges are in the distance. After the wet start to spring, I never thought I would be wishing for rain but the countryside is drying out and the garden needs a good drink.
A rose is today's extra. It, too, looked pretty in the early light.
