Catbells ...
...well its actually a range of fells that run along Derwenwater in the english Lake District that I collective refer to as Catbells. I don't actually know all of the names (as I'm sure many on here do).
I've been visiting the Lakes 2 or sometimes 3 times a year ever since I attended a Landscape photography workshop hosted by John Gravett (LPH) who many on blip will know.
Its fair to say I fell in love with the Lakes the first sight of the southern fells on my first journey to Keswick and have been passionate about the place ever since (I would love to retire there).
Todays blip on wide angle Wednesday refers to the panorama I took a couple of years ago and had printed on "removable wallpaper" as the local photographic shop refers to it. It is stuck to the wall and can I'm assured be removed and re sighted a number of times.
It is stuck to the wall hangs above the bed for now but will have a more predominant place in the house one day.
I've added a downsized version of the original as an extra
