Some spectacular light...

...this morning, which began to deteriorate as I drove across the Pennines to the incredibly heavy rain in Lancashire. 

This rainbow was a highlight of the weather on the journey.  

This contrasted with some of worst driving conditions I can remember, including torrential heavy rain and hail on the busy M65, during both the outward a return journeys.

I arrived home ready for a meal and bed. Catch up tomorrow.
