What on earth is that?

A view from my room's window at work. I guess it's some sort of (pump?) machine carried by fire department's truck.

The photo's technically miserable:
-the target's exactly in the middle of the photo
-It's blurred

When I saw this I just got my cam from the closet and shot. Didn't think about framing etc. My cam's slow so I only got this one pic. I could have cropped the pic afterwards and framed it better but since the photo's a bit blurred it would look even more terrible. I took some better shots of a view from my route to work but since I can take a pic of that any day and I find the target in this interesting, this has to do for today's blip.
