This Could Be the Start of a Beautiful Friendship

Took our guests off to visit Maria-from-the-market's vegetable plot and vineyard, because she really wanted to see Hélène (her family escaped to France, from Salazar's regime), and we won't be here on Saturday. So impressive to see how much work she does, all on her own - she's 60. So I really wanted to post the two of them together, but we were all so amused by her cat and dog, and the way they spent the whole time play-fighting.

Title is a quote from Casablanca, my all-time favourite film.
