Twistleton Scar

We were back at the Ingleton waterfalls on a lovely Autumnal day today with a group of Geography students. We walked the full waterfall trail up the River Twiss and down the River Doe and the young people really enjoyed it. They also enjoyed emerging from the Twiss valley into real Yorkshire limestone country and seeing Whernside and Ingleborough peaks. This is the view across to the screes of Twistleton Scar as we climbed up towards Twistleton Manor. A grand day out!
