Gluten Free Flop

Had a test run for the bake-off at work. Used gluten free flour so that C can have some. It didn't work. Things baked (by us) with gluten free flour are powdery and taste like cardboard.

Got biltong meat at Makro. Biltong is cut and salted. Will be hung tomorrow.
