Bracing but a lovely morning on the Ayrshire coast.

Troon to be exact.

Certainly blowing the cobwebs away.

Couple of (scheduled) days off, my last till Xmas period, so using them to walk off the workplace blues.

The empty paddling pool is a good metaphor.
