Fresh Friday

A walk with my parents this morning along Southend seafront - with a much needed stop for tea and a toasted teacake along the way! - to get some fresh air and enjoy the pretty skies and dry weather!  Is it time for bed now?! Fresh air does seem to take its' toll!!
