Flower Friday

I've not been too good today. My cold/chest infection seems to have developed into a sickness bug. All I can hope is that it's a twenty four hour thing. I did eat a little bit of tea this evening.

I didn't get out even though it was a sunny day, I just didn't have the energy. I decided to snap these cyclamen we have in the kitchen.
