Posh Pud

Tempting dessert...caramel pannacota with ginger biscuits, glazed clementines and raspberry sorbet. Sounds and looked divine but sadly not mine.

Spent the evening behind the scenes at my client's AA Rosette restaurant and saw the Head Chef and Maitre'D at work. Slick operation and a great atmosphere among the diners. Always encouraging to see that my editorial words fit the reality! Trust me, it's not always the case in my experience.

Aircraft maintenance day tomorrow so a day in the workshop. Still not feeling 100% on top form. Might attempt eating something other than toast tomorrow!
