Preparing for.......

......piccalilli!! Spent a while peeling, chopping & dividing!! Then managed to make far too much brine. However, got it all together, pressed under said brine until sometime tomorrow.

AND.....more good news today....our daughter L, expecting in April about a week after our daughter-in-law, is ALSO expecting a GIRL!! So pleased for her as she really, really wanted a girl.
