Mission Accomplished

Feeling very satisfied having just completed my 34th sub-22 minute parkrun of the year, surpassing the 33 I managed in 2012. 
It was extremely frosty on the moor this morning, as you can see in the extra. So much so, that the run was almost cancelled, so conditions were against me having a crack at getting under 21 minutes. Maybe next time :)
