Fruits of my labour

So, on a Sunday I like to do a batch cook of food for the week. Took me five hours in total today but I now have enough food - breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole week and a couple of snacks. Plus I had leftover cooked chickpeas which i've frozen.

Made:-
Barley
Filling for cabbage rolls
Tomato sauce
Smoky baked beans
Smoky Tempeh
Vegetable barley soup
Cauliflower cream dressing
German potato salad
Chocolate hummus
Vanilla and almond sauce
Rice (for breakfasts with soya milk, raisins, apple and chopped walnuts - I like it instead of porridge sometimes - always good to ring the changes).

Didn't venture outside today so this is the only photo I took!
