Lasagne

Today is the first day it has been chilly, grim and drizzly. It's the first day we've really been reminded that it is actually Autumn!

So now we can start to move away from salads and onto something more warming and nourishing, like lasagne!

This is the lasagne you get at Mangia e Bevi. It's more like an english one with a bolognese sauce layered with pasta and bechamel, than an american one layered with tons and tons of cheese as well as meat and pasta.

It tasted as good as it looked.
