Photo Pass

They’ve introduced a neat system at St Giles Cathedral in Edinburgh where for a donation of £2 you can get a photo pass and snap away to your hearts content.

I nipped in inbetween meetings as I was passing - before it was closed off for the special commemorative ceremony with Princess Ann to remember the visionary medic Elsie Inglis.

A super busy day of meetings and events, including attending the fantastic Diana Award Scotland ceremony - honouring young people across the country for their volunteering and social action.

What a privilege to spend time with them on such an special day - so many inspirational stories of selfless action and making lives better for others.

And even more of a momentous day because I got to meet a very fabulous fellow Blipper, whose day job is to support, nurture and guide these awesome young people. She’s clearly very very good at it! Lovely to meet you LL! x
