Day at the dentist

Took the day off to go to the dentist at Carlisle. Dr Wingfield is brilliant. Need a filling, so back in January.

Did a small bit of Christmas shopping with M, was really nice. Had lunch at the toll booth at Gretna, was lovely. Got some nice warm jumpers at Gretna outlet, the cold really makes things more painful.

Dinner with m & j. Was a good tiering day. My back really uncomfortable, pain going down my leg. I will have to bite the bullet and speak to the neurosurgeon see what he says.
