Quick learner

This bird bath is right outside my office window. 

Earlier today, Daddy Raven brought down Baby Raven and taught him how to drink from the bird bath.  Later this afternoon, trying to get a blip, I was lucky enough to see Baby Raven come down on his own. 

How do I know it's Baby Raven?  He still has a fraction of his baby gape, and his eye is grey.  Our grownup ravens have a blue eye ringed with white.  They are also incredibly shy and wouldn't dream of coming for a drink while I was outside.  

Baby hasn't quite learned all his lessons yet - and he was VERY thirsty.
