Tomato cans

I spent the evening at a place called “Bianca Zero Zero”. They make a good pinsa, or better a revised version of the ancient pinsa, which was popular in imperial Rome and is supposed to be the ancestor of modern pizza. Of course, no tomatoes were used in Ancient Rome, but they are sometimes used for pinsa. Worth trying. It was a nice evening out.
