Edinburgh at Dusk

Getting quite dark - this was taken at 1/10 second.
Straight out of camera, this was much darker and more contrasty but I have nurtured it in GIMP to produce what you see here.

The highest bump on the left is Arthur's Seat (the highest point in Edinburgh).  The lower wedge to the right of it is Salisbury Grags.

The viewpoint is Pettycur Harbour, Fife.

My first 'extra: 'I can't see the point of it'.

My second 'extra' is a pair of bases for off-shore wind-turbines being towed out of the Forth. It is heading for a site east of the Tay and east of St Andrews - The Neart na Gaoithe Windfarm Project.  (Neart na Gaoithe = "strength of the wind" in Gaelic)
