Stop following me!

This is about 6PM when the seals headed for the water and looked to be going in.  They rolled down the sand incline, just like any kid would have done.   But Right Spot  (right) told off Buster (left) and a few minutes later, Right Spot  turned around away from the water (you can see their trails).   It was getting dark and all the "stay-away" signs had been taken up.  After another few minutes she turned back to the water and after another few minutes went in, followed by Buster.  It turned dark rather quickly and we lost them in the surf.
It is so exciting to see seals on the beach, even when motionless.

Extra is the view about 5:25 PM when I first saw the 2 seals on the beach.  Volunteers were on-site and signs were up.  One came about 1:30 PM and the other a couple hours later, they said.  Every so often, one would object to the other's presence, but generally they just snoozed.
Can you spot the almost full moon playing hide-and-seek in the fast moving clouds?
