PYO

Today Bad Granny and Prickly Grandad took us to Hexham, where we looked for a knight in the 'castle', had a nice lunch in a cafe with a play area for small people and visited some charity shops.

We also unnerved a pretentious lady by setting a toddler loose in an art installation which comprised of fragile boxes strewn in a darkened room with torches on the floor. Just mainly because she desperately tried to persuade us he wouldn't like it. He didn't break anything and asked to go back outside after about 90 seconds....

Then we went to PYO. Bad Granny told Alexander it was OK to eat the fruit as long as there was no evidence on his face. He was so keen on this he lost Taxi somewhere in the field. The woman in the farm shop wasn't born yesterday and threatened to weigh him. Luckily he still had room for a cream tea.
Later, he actually asked to go to bed....

I've had laptop problems the last couple of days (rather defeating the object of having a portable computer) so I just posted yesterday's blip too. I thought it was rather good, though I say so myself, so maybe you'd like to pop back and see it?! ;-)
